Frank F. F. Arndt
Frank joined Stowe Family Law, Family Law Unit in 2002. He is a qualified Solicitor, registered European Lawyer and "Rechtsanwalt" and a member of the Bar in Germany ("Oberlandesgericht Celle"). Frank is also a member of the International Society of Family Law (ISFL) and the International Bar Association. He recently became the Head of the International Family Law Unit with Stowe Family Law, Harrogate in recognition of his particular skills in dealing with jurisdictional cases and tracing of non disclosed offshore assets especially trusts.
He has specialised in Family Law in Germany and in the UK and is currently involved in cases with complex financial arrangements for high net worth clients with international corporate and offshore business elements. He has built up a wide number of equivalent contacts in other countries, particularly within the EU.
He has also been involved in international Child Abduction Cases and advises German Family Lawyers in relation to English Family Law. Before he qualified in Germany as a lawyer ("Rechtsanwalt") at the University in Hanover / “Oberlandesgericht Hamm”, Frank was employed by in the "Deutsche Factoring Bank" in Germany and also worked for the “Kammer van Koophandel” in The Hague, Netherlands. Frank is the Head of the International Family Law Unit Languages: English, Dutch, German.
